Saint
Govan's Chapel

The
Saint is supposed to have lived here during the 9th century and myths
and legend surround his chapel. You can still hear the chapel bell ring
from under the sea, and the steps down the cliff can never be counted
accurately. The rocks inside are reputed to have closed around Govan
in times of danger.
